If you want restaurants, nightlife, and city conveniences within walking distance, Bend delivers.

We’ve helped families settle in both places, and the honest answer is that it comes down to lifestyle. If you want peace, nature, and resort-style living with Bend just 15 minutes away, Sunriver is your place. If you want walkable urban energy with mountain access, choose Bend.
